Day 4 of the 2026 Halloween Horror Movie Marathon

Unfortunately, there's not a lot to say about this one. Part folk horror, part survival horror, all mediocre. As George Costanze once said, "Right in that meaty part of the curve. Not showing off, not falling behind."

The acting was fine, the creature was pretty cool, but nothing stood out. There was some backstory that was shoehorned in at questionable times, and a lot more that could have made the film better. Can't really recommend it. Looking forward to a better pick tomorrow!
