This one turned out better and weirder than expected. Winona Ryder is outstanding as a woman trying to fight middle age, and Owen Teague (Patrick Hockstetter in "It" and Harold Lauder in "The Stand") is his usual creepy self. It starts out as what appears to be a double-booked vacation rental but very quickly takes a turn into something much more sinister.
I'm giving this one a B+, definitely worth a watch.
