Still Floating: 40 Years of Pennywise contributor Gwendolyn Kiste

How cool is it to have a four-time Bram Stoker Award winner in Still Floating!?!? That means Gwendolyn has four of those awesome haunted house statues in her home. And each of them well deserved, along with the numerous other awards and nominations she's received. I've read all of her novels and I can't recommend them highly enough. If you haven't read her work, what's wrong with you? Start with Rust Maidens and enjoy the ride! Oh, and if you happen to see her at a convention, ask her about the diorama she made in junior high, you will not be disappointed!

In her essay, "A Boat, a Clown, and a Red Balloon: The Enduring Iconography of It" Gwendolyn explores the impact IT has had on pop culture because of the iconic symbols associated with the story, as well as their significance within the story. Great stuff!
