John is best known for his Bram Stoker Award winning novel, The Fisherman, but his short fiction is also top notch. His story in The Rack II. "The cartographer of Blades and Stars, Of Flesh and Agony," is absolutely a masterpice (and rumor has it, there may be more to the story).

John Langan is the author of two novels and six collections of stories. For his work, he has received the Bram Stoker and This Is Horror awards. Reading Stephen King during his freshman year of high school made him a writer. He is glad to have the chance to express a fraction of his admiration for King’s work.
