Still Floating: 40 Years of Pennywise contributor Scott Goudsward

Scott is a horror icon in New England, running the New England Horror Writers group, attending just about every horror-themed convention, and editing and publishing the "Wicked" anthology series. If you've attended any horror-related event in New England, odds are you've seen Scott in the dealer room. In his Still Floating essay, "IT came from the darkness," Scott examines King's use of darkness to amp up the terror in IT.

Scott's bio:

Scott Goudsward published his first story – Trailer Trash – in 1992. Since he’s published dozens of short stories in various anthologies. With his brother David, he has co-authored five non-fiction horror books (with two in progress.)  Scott has written two novels and one novella – Ugly Puddle. He has edited or co-edited twelve anthologies including eight of the New England Horror Writers “Wicked” anthologies. Scott has been co-running the New England Horror Writers for @ fifteen years. He currently has a new novella in the works and a YA novel.
